About Us

Colleges of Excellence began its journey in 2013. It is the leading provider of technical and vocational training services in the Kingdom. It serves as a vital connection between leading international training providers, funders, legislators, and regulators within the Saudi market. Additionally, it bridges the gap between education and training oversight authorities and both private and public business owners

Excellence Journey

Our journey to develop technical and vocational training began, and we launched the first phase of the International Technical Colleges Project

2013 Foundation

In the second phase, we expanded our horizons by managing the National Center for Strategic Partnerships and the CBC Project

2014

We took great pride in the graduation of our first batch of ITC of trainees, signaling the start of an achievement-filled journey

2016

We mapped out a five-year roadmap that guided us towards greater excellence through 2022

2017

We enhanced our strategy to better meet the diverse needs of our clients with greater flexibility and efficiency

2020

We implemented 280 training programs, attracting over 107,000 applicants and benefiting more than 51,000 trainees

2021

It was a year of expansion, as we targeted 8 key sectors, allowing us to broaden our scope of operations

2022

We continued to excel by training and qualifying over 30,000 trainees, demonstrating our capability to prepare national talent to lead the future

International Technical Colleges

The International Technical Colleges (ITC) was founded in 2013 and consists of a network of government colleges affiliated with the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation. CoE manages and operates these colleges in collaboration with international training providers.

Strategic Partnership Institutes

The Strategic Partnership Institutes are dedicated institutions focused on training and recruiting job seekers for specific roles in the private and non-profit sectors. These institutes are overseen by CoE, which manages and operates them through the National Center for Strategic Partnership.

Strategic Partners

Niagara College

Niagara College Canada was established in 1967. It is one of the largest colleges in Canada that offers over 100 applied training programs for the benefit of more than 10500 students in 3 Canadian universities. Niagara College is a pioneer for graduates and employers. More than 85% of its graduates got jobs in less than 6 months after graduation and employers expressed their satisfaction with the graduates' qualifications and skills by 92%. The College provides academic programs and approaches to enhance and develop the skills and experiences of Saudi youth, equip fresh graduates with international practical training programs, and prepare them to make effective contributions to the Saudi labor market. The College offers officially accredited diplomas from the Technical and Vocational Training Corporate and the Ministry of Civil Service.

Lincoln College

Lincoln College is one of the well-established colleges in the field of applied training in the UK. It trains more than 8000 students in 3 cities inside the United Kingdom. The College works side by side with employers to arrange the processes of technical and applied training in order to conform to the needs and requirements of labor markets. It has also achieved great results in employing graduates for several years. Students study diploma in multiple disciplines according to the labor market needs. The program's structure consists of: Preparatory Year: English, Computer and basic skills are studied. Second Year: the discipline's basic skills and information are studied. Third Year: the discipline's applied and technical skills are studied more intensively.

Aviation Australia Riyadh College

It is one of the most famous international colleges in aviation sciences. It was established by the Australian Government in 2001 to support and develop the aviation industry, provide applied training in aviation engineering, and train navigators. It is one of the largest agencies specialized in providing aviation training and maintenance engineering worldwide. It has succeeded, since its establishment, in training over 30,000 students on aeronautics for more than 1550 customers in the fields of civil and military aviation all over the world. More than 90% of its graduates got jobs in less than 6 months after graduation. All the programs of Aviation Australia Riyadh College were designed with balanced focus on knowledge, skills, values, and experience, to make sure that graduates perform jobs with strong skills and comprehensive understanding for aviation quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Burton and Highbury Group

Burton & Highbury Group is an alliance between 2 specialized colleges in applied training in the UK: Burton and South Derbyshire College: It is highly appreciated in the UK, as it is a leader in economic development and in establishing extensive partnerships with a group of leading institutions. Highbury College: It has over 50 years of experience in managing a range of academic and vocational programs, where it works alongside the employers. The colleges provide courses in vocational disciplines, including Business Management, Information Technology, and Graphic Design. Students enroll in a 3-year-program and get an Associate Diploma. All courses are in English.
