CoE is implementing an ambitious upgrade of the technical and vocational education and training (TVET) system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The first wave of 10 CoE colleges will begin classes in September 2013. CoE is inviting international training providers with TVET expertise to participate in the upcoming tender process for the next wave of expansion that will add 26 additional autonomous colleges across the Kingdom, structured in 11 clusters. These colleges will be independently run by the best international providers and regulated, funded and overseen by Colleges of Excellence (CoE). About CoE
Colleges of Excellence (CoE) were established to be the leading authority for Applied Training in the Kingdom in cooperation with the best international practical training organizations, and by attracting the global faculty.
CoE offer certificates and diplomas in specialized application areas for high school graduates who are Saudis or sons and daughters of Saudi mothers, in addition, during the preparatory year, CoE focuses on developing foundation skills including English language and communication skills.

Practical training program in the Collages of Excellence
Practical training is focused on specific occupations as it aims to qualify the graduate to be more ready for the job market. Collages of Excellence program consists of three phases as follows:
Enrolled students will benefit from the support the Human Resources Development Fund, which will cover the tuition fees of the program, in addition to that enrolled will receive an financial incentive for continuing the program.
